<image:title>About Mama Bear Homemade - We use only certified organic non-irradiated european elderberries - the best we have found! Our raw honey is sourced from a local apiary called Winter Garden Honey Farm, which has hives all over central Florida in remote locations. It is an amazing quality honey, raw as nature intended, full of antioxidants and phytonutrients. Now for our spices - why spices you ask? There is no denying the incredible benefits of certain spices, and we’ve picked a few that not only taste great, but pack an immune supporting punch. We choose to use certified organic ceylon cinnamon for its amazing health benefits, organic cloves for its incredibly high antioxidant count, and organic ginger for its powerful anti-inflammatory properties. We use all whole spices, never ground. This winning combination of premium ingredients is part of what makes Mama Bear Homemade stand out from the rest, however, our cold pour process is what makes our syrup truly unlike any other. We let our elderberry concentrate cool to a safe temperature before adding our raw honey. This practice preserves all those amazing healing properties found in raw honey. This is also why our syrup has a shorter shelf life and must be stored in the refrigerator. Our priority is bringing you the highest quality syrup that even the smallest family members will love. Once you try our syrup, you'll see! In addition to great things inside the bottle, our product is plastic-free!</image:title>

<image:title>About Mama Bear Homemade - I started making elderberry syrup in January of 2019. My husband and I were outnumbered and surrounded by our 4 wonderful children (the youngest of which are twins). We had just battled through a terrible flu, and desperately needed something to help protect us from all the winter illnesses. After some encouragement from a dear friend, I made batch after batch, tweaking and perfecting as I went. I kept the ingredients simple - only organic elderberries, organic ceylon cinnamon, organic cloves, organic ginger, and raw local honey. No additives like cane sugar or alcohol. And it worked! There were times I knew it helped us avoid getting sick. And if we did catch a cold, the syrup helped us recover it incredibly quickly. My kids loved it so much, they began begging for it daily, and even my very skeptical husband even started asking for it. Pretty soon, I started selling it to other local moms to help their families support their immune systems.</image:title>

<image:title>About Mama Bear Homemade - From there, word spread and Mama Bear Homemade was born. After months working through the process (during a pandemic) to become licensed and certified through the State of Florida, we finally became official in July 2020. Our syrup is now available in several local stores throughout central Florida. Click the “Find a Store” link below to pick up a jar locally! Out of a desire to help my family, Mama Bear Homemade was born. And I hope it can help your family too!</image:title>
